Extremely easy to work with. Muhammed was even able to arrange a pickup of the Patio pavers at Home Depot. Rescheduled the installation to an earlier date. Fully explained the steps of the project. There aren't enough words to describe how competent the Maxwell team was in completely transforming two adjacent narrow rooms into a combo bright laundry and bathroom. At every step of the way, Muhammed checked to make sure access to the shower, toilet, and sink were easy for my disabled partner. He took into account not only the transport chair but also larger mobile equipment. It wasn't just the excellent work by a dedicated, talented team, but also their politeness and incredible work ethic which seems hard to find today. They cleaned the area every day before they left, helped me with other neglected repairs, and always had positive attitudes. Two weeks and those two claustrophobic rooms are now a marvel to behold. This is an 1861 house with very little forgiveness in modifying space and nary a plumb line or level floor. Maxwell Property Maintenance was up to the challenge. Watching each expert work was both instructive and a joy. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone, especially those with specific needs in unique spaces. A million stars still would not be enough. I will try to edit this comment later with pictures because the before and after tells the whole story. Thank you to the entire team and particularly, Muhammed, who is not only an excellent contractor, but also a fantastic collaborator with his team and client.

I hired Maxwell property in April, to build a laundry utility room in the basement, sheet rock and insulate a storage area, insulate the Attic, install a ceiling fan and other miscellaneous tasks. They did a great job, they showed up everyday on time, kept a clean work area and the quality of work was excellent. They acted professionally, and were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again if the need arises.
